Tuition for Chana

Chana, 49, is divorced and has four children. Two of her children are married and out of the house, one is a soldier and the fourth, who is partially disabled, is in 10th grade.

Chana works from home as a cosmetician. With the arrival of Corona, she saw a major decline in her customer base and, as a result, a significant drop in her income. Chana became very anxious about how she was going to continue to support herself and her children.

Determined to stand on her own two feet, Chana decided to go back to school to complete her high school degree. Her hope is to then continue on to study bookkeeping and assure herself a stable job and a steady income.

Chana receives material assistance and professional guidance from social services. She is motivated to move forward but currently cannot afford to cover the rest of her tuition. With a little bit of help, Chana will have the opportunity to pursue her dream of a successful and fulfilling future.
