Soccer League Participation for Or

Living conditions at home were so poor that social services was forced to moved Or to a boarding school at age 5. Now 14, Or has lived in three youth villages. Or is well liked by his peers both in the village and in school.
Or’s parents are severely dysfunctional and are unsupportive of him. They are not inclined or able to work, so rely on a government stipend. His mother comes to see him at school occasionally but never schedules her visits which usually occur outside of visiting hours.
Or happily participates in cooking classes and plays on the soccer team in the youth village. Or’s therapists believe that his participation in a soccer league outside of the village would be very beneficial to his emotional development, however, neither the village nor his parents can pay for the fees.
