Reut is divorced and has three adult children. She works as a supermarket cashier and struggles to make ends meet.

Two of Reut’s children are currently living with her. Her 21-year-old daughter suffers from epilepsy and cannot live on his own. Reut’s 30-year-old daughter, who is married with two children, is temporarily living with her while her own apartment is being repaired after a fire.

As if she doesn’t have enough on her plate, Reut helps her third daughter who lives on her own but is a single mom to a two-year-old.

Recently, Reut’s refrigerator broke and cannot be repaired. With older children depending on her and little grandchildren to feed, a new refrigerator would go a long way towards improving Reut’s quality of life.
