Navah, 42, is a single mother to two young children, ages 2 and 4.

Navah works as a social worker for a non-profit organization. She has no outside support and does her best to provide for her two children.

The family lives in a three-room apartment. All of Navah’s appliances are second-hand; her refrigerator is quite old and isn’t working properly.

Navah cannot afford a new refrigerator but without one, it will be very hard for her to feed her growing children.
