Course fee for Eliezer
Eliezer, 43, and Rachel, 37, are doing their very best to meet the needs of their six children, ages 2-15. One of their children, David, is highly disabled and requires an extraordinary amount of attention and care.
Eliezer finished 12 years of schooling, completed his full army service in a combat unit and eventually studied hydrotherapy. This field allowed him to both earn a salary and actively help his disabled son. Unfortunately, six months ago, Eliezer was laid off. Rachel recently began working at a day care center.
Social services introduced Eliezer and Rachel to a program that helps struggling families get back on their feet, mostly by exposing them to different fields of work. Eliezer is very interested in pursuing a career in Quality Assurance. In order to do so, he needs to complete a course in the field. Eliezer and Rachel can barely meet their daily living expenses. The cost of the QA course is beyond their reach. If Eliezer is able to complete it, however, he would be a step closer to breaking his family out of the cycle of poverty they’re currently caught in.
