Beds for Anna’s children
Anna, 39, works part time in order to support her three children. Anna’s husband, Samir, was arrested two years ago and is awaiting trial. In the meantime, he cannot help provide for his family. They survive on Anna’s small salary and a monthly government stipend.
Anna and her children are currently living with her mother-in-law in her two-room apartment. Anna’s two youngest daughters sleep on mattresses on the floor, and Ann herself sleeps on the living room sofa. Only her oldest daughter has a bed.
If Anna could get help buying her daughter’s beds, everybody’s quality of life would greatly improve.
