Nina, 46, immigrated to Israel from South America at the age of 27, along with her husband. Together, they had five children and are now divorced.

Nina works part time as a daycare assistant and tries her hardest to support herself and her children, ages 9-17. It certainly isn’t easy.

At the moment, Nina’s son, Liran, is sleeping on a broken bed. Every child deserves a good night’s sleep but unfortunately, Nina cannot afford to buy Liran the bed he so desperately needs.
