Through our work with social services departments across Israel, we see just how critical early and sustained intervention is for vulnerable young people. Project BOOST was created as a dedicated fund to respond to these needs providing practical, targeted support that helps at-risk youth and children build stability, independence, and opportunity.

At-Risk Youth and Young Adults

At-risk youth are typically young adults between the ages of 18 and 27 who face significant social, emotional, and economic challenges. Many come from unstable homes affected by poverty, violence, or neglect. Others are living independently, without family support, financial security, or consistent guidance.  These young people are especially vulnerable to falling into cycles of poverty, dropping out of school, or getting caught in harmful environments and social circles.

For these young people, the absence of a safety net often means limited access to education, job training, or the tools needed to move forward. Through Project BOOST, we help close these gaps by providing educational assistance such as tuition support, vocational training, and essential learning tools, including computers, resources that allow them to continue their education, develop skills, and begin to envision a more secure future.

These young individuals often have no backup plan and Project BOOST helps them begin to create one.

Children Requiring Early Evaluation and Intervention

Project BOOST also supports children whose learning or emotional challenges are frequently identified too late, or not at all. These children may struggle in school or socially without a clear understanding of the underlying issues affecting them.

As part of our support, Project BOOST funds psycho-didactic, and psycho-diagnostic evaluations. These assessments are a critical first step in identifying a child’s needs and guiding appropriate educational and therapeutic interventions. Without this early clarity, children can remain stuck, struggling quietly, without the tools or direction needed to reach their potential.
