Batia, who experienced physical abuse both as a child and as a married woman, is now divorced and raising four young children on her own.

Batia’s ex-husband is in erratic contact with her and the children; he pays a minimal amount of child support and is not dependable. Batia is very much on her own.

Batia tries to support her family on a monthly disability stipend, but she struggles to make ends meet. She suffers from both psychological and physical issues that prevent her from holding down a full-time job.

Recently, Batia’s oven broke. With young children to feed, she desperately needs a new one. Batia deserves our help.
