Noam spends most of his time in Gaza, and during that time, Adi suffered a miscarriage. Now, with another pregnancy, she is considered high-risk, adding even more worry to their lives.

Their little daughter is about to turn four, but the family feels they cannot celebrate due to their financial strain, a heavy shadow hanging over what should be a joyful occasion.
