Beds for Leah and Meir’s children
Leah, 40, and Meir, 43, are raising seven children (ages 5-20) under dire circumstances.
Meir suffers from numerous physical ailments, as well as psychological difficulties which have intensified since October 7th. While he has tried to hold down a job, he can never do so for any extended period. He is currently waiting approval for disability status.
Leah works as a secretary but also carries the burden of caring for the children and the house. A number of the kids have special needs which obviously adds to her already heavy load.
The family’s apartment is small and dilapidated. The most glaring issue is that the children are sharing old, broken beds.
At the very least, Leah deserves to know that her children are getting a decent night’s sleep. Let’s help provide beds for these innocent young children.
