Still Needed - USD 14,754
Funded - USD 1,639

For 10 young women, aged 21 – 26, a six-month yoga teacher training course offers more than a new profession. It is an opportunity to heal, build confidence, and create a more independent future.

Rebbeca, 26, Sara, 22, May, 23, and Lea, 24, have faced significant challenges, including trauma, neglect, homelessness, and financial hardship. Despite difficult beginnings and little family support, they have shown remarkable determination to move forward and build better lives.

In partnership with Kidum Noar (Youth Advancement), Jerusalem, Ten Gav is providing funding of 5,000 NIS per participant, for 10 young women toward this specialized yoga teacher training program. The course will equip these young women with professional skills while helping them strengthen resilience, manage stress, and reconnect with their bodies. Throughout the training, they will receive close social work support, followed by career guidance to help them enter the workforce, gaining financial independence, with an internationally recognized certification.

Ten Gav is committed to contributing 50,000 NIS toward the funding of this course. Join us in giving these 10 young women the opportunity to build a brighter, more secure future.
