Yvette, 55, and George, 60, need a helping hand.

George works as a cleaner; Yvette is unemployed due to medical issues. The couple has one son who can’t help them, as he too is unemployed due to a chronic ailment.

Last year, George and Yvette’s home was destroyed by a flood. They lived in public housing temporarily and are finally moving into their own apartment.

The couple’s most desperate need right now is a washing machine. As they try to get back on their feet, our help would certainly make a difference.
