Smadar, 56, raised her daughter Noa, now 32, single-handedly. Over the years, Smadar struggled to make ends meet but tried her hardest to provide for Noa’s every need.

Today, Smadar suffers from kidney disease but continues to work part-time in a nursing home. She also receives a monthly disability stipend.

Though she tries her hardest to make ends meet, Smadar is deeply in debt.

Recently, Smadar’s washing machine broke, and she has been doing all of her laundry by hand. We could definitely ease her burden by providing her with a new machine.
