Washing machine for Rafi

Rafi, 24, is an incredibly inspiring young man.

Rafi had a very difficult upbringing; his parents divorced when he was young and neither of them were able to give Rafi and his brother the appropriate attention and support.

At times, Rafi and his brother had to resort to stealing in order to feed themselves. Rafi was eventually sent to boarding school but not before he experienced several traumatic events at home.

Despite his challenging upbringing, Rafi graduated high school and completed his full army service.

Today, is studying towards a degree in Accounting. He works part-time as a waiter and receives a partial disability stipend due to a diagnosis of PTSD.

In addition, Rafi actively participates in a Social Services program that mentors young people without family support.

Rafi has truly turned his life around. In the near future, he will be moving to a new apartment and desperately needs help furnishing it.

If we could provide Rafi with a washing machine, he would be one step closer to living an independent life with dreams of a brighter future.
