Washing machine for Moshe

Moshe, 62, lives on his own and survives on a monthly government stipend.
For an extended period of time, Moshe lived on the streets and was eventually given a government-subsidized apartment.
Moshe suffers from PTSD as a result of his years in the army; he has severe insomnia and battles anxiety attacks. In addition, he has a number of chronic physical ailments.
After giving of himself to the country for many years, Moshe now deserves our help.
He is currently living without a washing machine. A new one could go a long way towards improving his quality of life.
