Maor, 30, is going through a very tough time but is determined to get back on his feet.

Maor grew up in an ultra-Orthodox home and never studied past high school. He eventually left his parents’ religious lifestyle, got married and had three children (now ages 6-10).

A year and a half ago, Maor and his wife began divorce proceedings. It was a long and ugly process and left Maor financially drained and deeply in debt.

Currently, Maor is participating in a social services program that is providing him with professional mentoring, emotional therapy and parenting guidance. He dreams of a brighter future for himself and his children.

Maor is an intelligent, well-read and motivated young man. He is a quick learner and has taken a number of courses in Programming. At the moment, he works full-time as a computer technician.

Despite his job, Maor struggles each month to make ends meet. He knows that with a university degree, his employment options would be greater, and he would be able to support his family.

Maor would like to study Computer Programming. Unfortunately, however, he can’t afford the university tuition.

With our help, Maor could be be one giant step closer to realizing his dreams.
