Rafi, 62, lives on his own in an old, dilapidated one-room apartment.

Rafi suffers from numerous physical ailments and hasn’t been able to work for many years. He survives on a monthly government stipend.

Recently, Rafi’s refrigerator broke, and he is currently living without one. As the hot summer months descend on us, this is obviously an untenable situation.

With our help, Rafi’s quality of life could improve significantly.
