Nina, 83, and Enrique, 85, are Holocaust survivors who immigrated to Israel from South America 40 years ago with their only daughter.

For many years, the couple worked – Nina as a kindergarten assistant and Enrique as a mover. With time, however, they became physically infirmed and are now surviving on a monthly government stipend.

Recently, the couple’s refrigerator broke, and they cannot afford a new one.

After all this couple has been through, we owe it to them to make their later years as comfortable as possible.
