Dafni and Ron’s story is a sad one.

Both of them have serious medical issues; Dafni suffers from fibromyalgia and chronic back pain caused by a work accident. Ron has multiple sclerosis and receives a full disability stipend.

Though Dafni worked odd jobs for many years, she can no longer hold down a job due to her physical condition. The couple has massive debts but is working with Social Services in order to get their affairs in order.

Dafni and Ron have two children – a 25-year-old daughter who lives on her own and a 19-year-old son who is currently in the army.

Recently, the family’s refrigerator broke and cannot be repaired. Without a new one, Dafni and Ron will have no way to keep their food fresh. They need our help.
