Reut, 50, lives in an apartment with her 25-year-old son.

Reut worked in childcare for many years. Last year, she travelled abroad and was fired upon her return. Since then, her health has deteriorated, and she hasn’t been able to find a new job.

Gil, Reut’s son, works part time as a messenger but doesn’t contribute to household expenses. As Reut’s physical and emotional health have declined, she has fallen deeply into debt.

Today, Reut is under psychiatric care and awaiting recognition as disabled in order to receive a monthly disability stipend. In the meantime, she is barely making ends meet.

Reut’s most desperate need right now is a new oven; her old one no longer works. As she struggles to get back on her feet, Reut needs our help.
