Orit, 47, is a single mom to two children, one of whom is still a minor and lives at home with her.

Orit is divorced from Omer’s father who pays no child support and is in erratic contact with his son.

She works part-time as a secretary and devotes the rest of her time to caring for Omer who has emotional difficulties and also suffers from diabetes.

Orit does her very best as a single mom, but she struggles to make ends meet.

At the moment, her most desperate need is a new oven to replace her old one which is broken beyond repair.

With our help, Orit can once again cook Omer fresh, homemade meals.
