Natalie, 49, needs a helping hand.
Natalie is a single mother to four children, three of whom are grown and out of the house.
Natalie works part-time as an aide to the elderly and struggles to make ends meet.
Her 15-year-old son, Tomer, has been in and out of boarding schools and foster homes, but is currently living with Natalie.
Tomer and Natalie have a very volatile relationship; he abuses both drugs and alcohol. Social services is currently working on getting Tomer enrolled in a rehab program.
Natalie’s apartment is small and dilapidated with sparse furnishings. She does not have a working oven which makes cooking healthy meals almost impossible.
If we could help provide Natalie with an oven, she would have one less burden on her shoulders.
