Oven for Maya and Guy

Total Cost - USD 478
Still Needed - USD 0
Funded - USD 478

Maya, 32, and Guy, 35, are trying to keep their heads above water, but it isn’t easy.

Both Maya and Guy work as salaried employees, but their small incomes don’t cover the expenses of raising three young children (ages 1-6).

To make matters worse, Maya had an independent business that went bankrupt so the couple is carrying a heavy debt load as well.

Recently, Maya and Guy’s four-year-old daughter, Lihi, was diagnosed with autism. Her therapies and medication have become an additional expense, and Maya is working fewer hours in order to give Lihi the extra attention she needs right now.

In short, this is a couple who are trying to give their children a better life, but they are faced with major challenges.

How can we help? The family’s oven recently broke and cannot be repaired. If we can help provide them with a new oven, Maya can make sure that her children have hot, fresh food on a daily basis.
