After Guy’s parents were killed in a car accident, his grandmother Lea was awarded custody.

The two immigrated to Israel from South America two years ago. Since then, Lea, 53, has been working as a kindergarten assistant in order to make ends meet.

Lea and Guy (aged 7) live in a small apartment with minimal furnishings. At the moment, their most desperate need is an oven.

Until now, Lea has been cooking food at her neighbor’s, but this is an untenable situation. Let’s help this dedicated and loving grandmother put fresh food on the table.
