Financial Aid for Matan and Leah

Matan has been serving in reserves for 430 days – more than a year of uncertainty, sacrifice, and trying to hold his family together from afar.

Before the war, Matan’s small business was already struggling, so he took on additional work as an employee to make ends meet. But a few months into the war, he was declared bankrupt. Matan and Leah’s joint bank account was frozen, forcing them to open a digital account just to receive Matan’s military salary – their only stable source of income at this moment.

Until the war began, Leah had been running a small manicure business from home, but when the war broke out, she and her 3 children, had to move in with her parents for safety. She lost her clients and hasn’t been able to bring in steady income as of yet.

Matan and Leah now find themselves deep in financial turmoil. Their mortgage relief period has ended, and with basic household expenses and daily costs adding up, their financial debt is piling up. They’ve stretched every resource they have, but with no way to rebuild until Erez returns home, they urgently need help just to keep their family afloat.
