Financial Aid for Natan and Shira

Total Cost - USD 1,803
Still Needed - USD 1,623
Funded - USD 180

For more than 20 years, Shira built her design business with dedication and care. Since opening her business in 2004, she worked hard to create stability for her family while balancing the demands of raising five children alongside her husband, Natan.

Since October 7th, their reality has changed completely.

Natan has served in many rounds of reserve duty and continues to serve for extended periods of time, leaving Shira to carry the responsibilities at home on her own. With five teenagers to care for, the emotional and financial pressure has become overwhelming. Unlike families with younger children, they do not qualify for many of the additional support programs available, despite facing enormous challenges of their own.

As the burden at home increased, Shira was forced to cut back on projects and reduce her workload, causing a major loss in income for the family. Month after month, they have done everything possible to stay afloat, but eventually they were left with no choice but to dip into their savings, money they had carefully set aside over the years for their children’s future education.

This is a family that has spent years working hard, serving their country, and doing everything responsibly. Now, after so many months of sacrifice and uncertainty, they are struggling to manage even the basics.
