Computer for Tali
Vered, 45, is desperate to provide her daughter Tali with a laptop computer.
Tali, five-years-old, has been diagnosed with autism, as well as with Celiac disease. One of the main symptoms of her autism are severe sensory sensitivities.
For 12 years, Vered owned her own restaurant. During the Corona crisis, her business collapsed, and she now works as a medical secretary. She has heavy debts to repay and Tali’s medical issues add a serious financial burden to Vered’s already overstretched budget.
Tali’s school requires its students to complete assignments online. While Vered has a desktop computer, it is too difficult for Tali to navigate, and she struggles with touching/holding the mouse.
If Vered could get help buying a touch-screen laptop computer for her daughter, Tali’s quality of life would greatly improve.
