Sigal, 20, suffers from cerebral palsy, epilepsy and diabetes, and is completely home-bound.

Sigal’s father passed away when she was very young, and she has since been cared for solely by her mother, Maayan, and an aide.

Maayan also has two younger children, ages 10 and 12, with her partner, Roi.

Both Maayan and Roi work; Maayan as an event planner, and Roi as a security guard.

Despite all of their efforts, the couple’s financial situation is rather unstable.

Maayan would desperately like to provide Sigal with a laptop computer. Sigal has very little exposure to the outside world, and a computer would go a long way towards improving her quality of life.
