Computer for Keren

Total Cost - USD 660
Still Needed - USD 0
Funded - USD 660

Gali, 45, and Shai, 47, are going through a rough time and need a helping hand.

The couple has three children; their oldest (24) is married and out of the house – their middle son (21) is currently serving in the IDF – and the youngest (9) is living at home.

Shai worked for many years as a truck driver but a year ago, he was in a work accident and is now waiting to be approved for disability status. Gali receives a monthly disability stipend for emotional and psychological issues. The couple struggles to make ends meet, with social services helping in whatever ways they can.

Keren, Gali and Shai’s youngest, is an exceptional student. She is in the honors track at school and has been accepted to a program for gifted students in graphics and comics. There is no doubt that participating in a program like this will give Keren a giant step forward in building a successful future.

In order to join the program, Keren needs a computer. This is an expense that her parents cannot afford; it would be a shame, however, for Keren to miss out on this incredible opportunity.
