Beds for Tami’s children
Tami, 54, desperately needs our help.
Tami has been a widow for many years; she has three grown children, two of whom still live with her.
Tami’s 28-year-old daughter has severe psychological issues; she cannot hold down a job and receives therapy through Social Services. Her 24-year-old son is autistic and depends on Dana completely, both financially and emotionally.
Despite her job as a telephone service representative, Tami obviously struggles to make ends meet. She has heavy debts and tries her hardest to keep her head above water.
One of the family’s most pressing needs at the moment are new beds; Tami’s daughter sleeps on a mattress on the floor, and her son on the living room sofa.
There is no doubt that new beds would go a long way towards improving this family’s quality of life.
