Nurit, 36, is doing her very best to raise her three children (ages 7-14) with dignity.
Nurit and her husband are divorced; he is a recovering alcoholic and cannot be depended on for any type of support.
In addition to raising her children and caring for their house, Nurit works full-time as an event planner. She also participates in various Social Services programs in order to improve her family’s situation.
While Nurit’s apartment is clean and tidy, she is missing many basic furnishings. One of her most desperate needs is a new pull-out bed for her two younger children. They are currently sleeping together in one old, broken bed.
