Beds for Keren and Dudi’s children

Total Cost - USD 1,357
Still Needed - USD 0
Funded - USD 1,357

Keren and Dudi are going through a very rough period.

The couple has six children; one of them, their nine-year-old son, suffers from autism. Yair is very low-functioning and doesn’t speak. He doesn’t recognize dangerous situations and needs round-the-clock care.

Keren and Dudi were living a relatively comfortable, calm life when their world collapsed. Dudi was accused of sexual harassment, and the family entered a cycle of emotional turmoil and financial stress.

Since the crisis began, the family has moved numerous times. Some of the children were removed to foster homes and learned in boarding schools.

At the moment, Dudi is awaiting a trial date. He is in bad shape emotionally and isn’t currently employed. Keren is working part-time for a telecommunications company but needs to keep her schedule flexible in order to care for Yair.

Keren and Dudi are now living in a small, three-room apartment. Four of their children are living with them full-time.

The family is in desperate need of new beds. At the moment, Yair is sleeping with his parents. The girls sleep on a mattress on the floor, and the boys sleep on a broken, pull-out sofa in the living room.

If Keren and Dudi could get help buying four proper beds for their children, it would make a huge difference to their quality of life.
