Beds for Efrat’s children
Efrat, 53, desperately needs our help.
Efrat’s husband walked out on her and their two daughters and left her with a pile of debt.
Efrat suffers from asthma and is unemployed. Her 27-year-old daughter, Ela, is developmentally disabled and autistic. She lives in a home for special needs individuals but comes home often. Gali, 14, is in seventh grade.
At the moment, Efrat is supporting the three of them on a monthly government allowance and a disability stipend for Ela. She can barely make ends meet.
Efrat’s most desperate need right now is beds for the girls. Currently, she and Gali sleep on the living room couch; Ela has no bed when she returns home.
If this family could get help purchasing new beds, their quality of life would certainly improve.
