Devorah, 37, needs our immediate help.

A number of months ago, Devorah left her husband Avi; he drinks excessively and after one particularly disturbing incident, she took her children and left with just the clothing on their backs.

At the moment, Devorah and her five young children (ages 1-8) are living in a rental apartment near her mother. The family is surviving on a disability stipend for one of the children and a bank loan.

Devorah is doing her best to try to stand on her own two feet. At the moment, she desperately needs beds for her children. Having left all her furniture behind, they are currently sleeping on old mattresses on the floor.

These innocent young children deserve a decent night’s sleep; let’s help them get one.
