Bed for Moshe
No one should live out their later years without a proper bed to sleep on.
Moshe, 69, is widowed and estranged from his five children.
For many years, Moshe worked to support himself; for the past few years, however, health issues have prevented him from holding down a job. Today, he supports himself on a monthly government stipend.
Among other ailments, Moshe suffers from cardiac issues and chronic back pain. He has also been diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder.
Since the onset of CoVid, and even more so since the horrors of October 7th, Moshe barely leaves the house.
Moshe’s apartment is sparsely furnished, but his most desperate need is a new bed. The one he is currently sleeping on is broken and has exacerbated his physical disabilities.
