Washing machine for Limor
Limor, 30, is raising three young children (ages 1.5-10) on her own.
Limor herself came from a very unstable home; at the age of nine, she was sent to boarding school. When she was 18, Limor met her husband, and they had two children together.
Throughout her marriage, Limor suffered physical abuse; her husband was an alcoholic and had a criminal record. Four years ago, she left him and two years later, they were officially divorced.
A year and a half ago, Limor had a baby with her boyfriend. Their relationship is a very unstable one, and he provides no financial assistance.
Until a year ago, Limor was on unemployment. She supported herself and her children on her monthly stipend and irregular child support payments from her ex-husband. Corona made it very difficult for Limor to find a job, but she is now determined to find work and turn her life around.
Limor is heavily in debt and barely makes ends meet. As she attempts to get back on her feet, she desperately needs our help. Her washing machine is broken, and she cannot afford to replace it. With three young children at home, a new washing machine would greatly improve Limor’s quality of life.
