Sometimes we all need a helping hand.

Hadas, 52, is divorced and lives on her own. She has one adult daughter who is unable to help her.

Hadas worked for years as a teacher’s assistant but after undergoing a serious car accident, she had to stop working.

Today, Hadas suffers from a number of health issues, including chronic leg and shoulder pain as a result of her accident. She is unable to work and struggles to make ends meet.

Despite her difficulties, Hadas does her very best to survive on her own. Her small apartment is neat and tidy, but she is missing basic furnishings.

Hadas’ most desperate need right now is a new washing machine, as hers is broken beyond repair.
