Tuition for Ron

Ron, 19, is an impressive young man. Ron’s father, Gidon, is a factory worker who suffers from various physical ailments. His mother, Noa, underwent a severe traumatic incident six years ago and has since been dealing with both physical and emotional difficulties.

Ron’s older brother left home a number of years ago and broke off all contact with his family. Ron has taken it upon himself to run the house and care for his younger brother. The family is in dire financial straits and survives on Gidon’s small income and Noa’s disability stipend.

Ron recently joined a social services program that helps at-risk youth navigate the pre-army enlistment process and gives them support during their service as well. Ron has decided to study engineering at a pre-army academy, thus setting himself up for a productive career after his discharge.

Ron is a determined young man who has decided that he wants to build himself an independent future. He gets no financial help from his parents and works in order to support himself. Unfortunately, he is struggling to cover his tuition and needs some help. It would be a shame if Ron had to give up on his dream of a brighter future.
