Aesthetician Course for Dina

Total Cost - USD 1,510
Still Needed - USD 0
Funded - USD 1,510

Dina has a very clear plan about how she wants to grow her business, increase her customer base, and develop sufficiently stable earnings that she can stop relying on her state stipend as a divorcee without a job, and declare herself an independent contractor.

Until recently, Dina ran a small infant nursery in her home, for the extra money, but her true love is the field of make-up and beauty. She studied to be an aesthetician and has a number of regular clients. But she needs to update her knowledge, especially in the areas of permanent make-up and hair straightening.

At 37, Dina would like to take a course to upgrade her skills in these areas. She has found a grant that will help her with the cost of acquiring the supplies that she needs to open her own studio, but needs assistance with tuition for the course itself.

Dina is raising five children on her own, with no child support from her former husband. Taking this course will mean she has a shot at living independently and staying out of debt.
