Oven for Limor
Limor, 46, is raising two young daughters, ages 10 and 11, on her own. The girls’ father has no contact with the family and provides no financial support.
Limor works as an aide to the elderly; she supports herself and her children on her small income and on a monthly disability stipend that she receives for her younger daughter who suffers from developmental delays and ADHD.
Needless to say, Limor struggles to make ends meet each month. Her and the girls recently moved into a government-subsidized apartment which is barely furnished. Limor is also missing a number of electrical appliances, including an oven.
Limor is a very devoted mother who tries to meet all of her children’s needs. A new oven would give her the opportunity to feed them fresh, hot meals.
