Naphtali and Leah are raising 5 children in a Haredi community. They have had substantial financial problems. However, Naphtali has recently begun studying education and is enrolled in a 3 year course to teach special education and Judaic Studies ( Tosh”ba). This will increase his earning power and hopefully the family’s financial situation. However, Naphtali requires a computer in order to keep up with his studies. The family hasn’t the resources for this capital outlay and have turned to their local social services department for help.
