Galit, 31, is determined to stand on her own two feet.

Galit and her partner separated three years ago. Together, they have four children (now ages 3-7) whom she is now raising on her own. Galit herself grew up in a very unstable home and never earned a university degree or learned a trade. Currently, she is supporting her children on a monthly government stipend and erratic child support payments from her children’s father.

Galit is a very devoted mother who wants to build a brighter future for her children. She would like to take a course to be certified as a manicurist. Galit has an extra room in her apartment where she could open a studio and begin supporting her young family. Unfortunately, however, she cannot afford the cost of the course.

Galit is highly motivated to turn her life around but needs a little bit of help to make that happen.
