Computer for Sapir’s children
Sapir, 42, could use a helping hand during these difficult times. Divorced, she is currently raising four children on her own. Her divorce was a nasty one, and she is still trying to recover from the trauma. Sapir suffers from various physical ailments and emotional issues and cannot hold down a job. She supports herself and her two younger children with government stipends for food and with her monthly disability payments.
The Corona crisis has only made Sapir’s difficult circumstances more complicated. Her two youngest daughters, ages 12 and 15, both need a computer for remote learning. Clearly, this is an expense that Sapir can’t shoulder. More than anything, Sapir wants her children to be able to get ahead through education but without a computer, they won’t have a chance.
