Computer for Nadav
Nadav, 25, has not had an easy life. At the age of three, Nadav moved to Israel from Russia with his parents. Two years later, he was removed from their home when it was discovered that they were both drug addicts. Nadav lived with a foster family until the age of 13, when he was put in a boarding school. Though he went through a brief period of addiction in 11th grade, Nadav pulled his life together and graduated high school with all of his national exams complete. He then enrolled in the IDF and finished his entire service.
Once Nadav completed his army service, he was determined to start building a future for himself. He moved in with his mother with whom he has a shaky relationship. He had lost all contact with his father who has since passed away.
Nadav supports himself as a messenger, receiving no outside help. He just completed his first year of studies towards a degree in Engineering. Nadav is a serious, motivated, bright and responsible young man.
Though he has had a rough start in life, he is motivated to move past it and succeed. Now that his studies have moved online, Nadav desperately needs a computer. Though he manages to support himself independently, this is an expense he cannot shoulder. With a little bit of help, however, he can continue to pursue his dreams.
