Bookkeeping Degree for Avital
Avital and her husband have five children under the age of five (including eight-month old twins). He is looking for a job but, in the meantime, Avital is the family’s sole breadwinner, working as a bookkeeper for a car rental company. Avital is there full time, despite the children’s demands, but her salary is quite low because she does not have a bookkeeping degree.
With an eye toward the future and the dream of improving her family’s financial stability Avital would like to go back to school, earn an official certificate in her area, and then continue to advance in the field. However, she does not have the budget with which to fulfill her dream and take her family out of poverty because their daily costs require more than she earns, leaving nothing over for tuition.
