Beds for Shirel and Efrat
Ronit, 36, needs our help.
Ronit is a single mother to two young daughters, ages 7 and 9. Shirel, the older of the two, has been diagnosed with autism.
For years, Ronit worked outside of the home. Six years ago, however, she stopped in order to be home with her children. Today, they survive on a monthly government stipend, coupled with Shirel’s disability payments.
Ronit and the girls get help from Social Services. They also live in a rent-subsidized apartment. Despite this, Ronit struggles to make ends meet and has incurred numerous debts.
At the moment, Shirel and her sister Efrat are sleeping on a broken bed. If Ronit could get help buying a new bed for the girls, they could finally get a good night’s sleep – something that every growing child deserves.
