Bed for Yoav
Yoav, aged 71, immigrated to Israel from Iran in 1996. He currently lives in Jerusalem in a small apartment and leads a relatively solitary life as he does not have any family in the area.
In terms of his health, Yoav faces a challenge as his right hand isn’t fully functional. This limitation significantly hinders his ability to perform essential household tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and cooking.
Yoav used to be an artist and craftsman, but now he relies on his pension and a monthly government stipend to make ends meet. His apartment is sparsely furnished, and his most immediate need is a new bed. Currently, he sleeps on an old, worn mattress with a broken spring, making it incredibly uncomfortable for him to get a good night’s rest.
We would like to purchase Yoav a new orthopedic bed that will provide the comfort and support he needs to relax, reset, and finally enjoy a decent night’s sleep.
