Bed for Stav
Ziva, 33, is divorced and raising two daughters, ages 6 and 12, on her own. Her ex-husband was a drug addict and is not involved in their lives. Ziva’s older daughter is currently living with Ziva’s mother.
Ziva is not working, but social services has connected her with a program that will help her organize her finances and integrate into the workforce. Until then, she is supporting herself and her daughters on a monthly government stipend.
Ziva is desperate right now for a bed for her youngest daughter, Stav. Stav has outgrown her toddler bed, but Ziva cannot afford to buy her a new one. A good night’s sleep would certainly go a long way towards improving this family’s quality of life.
